Quantitative Proteomics
Extending technologies to improve the sensitivity and efficiency of quantitative proteomics methods. Multiplexed proteomics (analysis of multiple samples within a single LC-MS/MS run) enable high-throughput methodologies for precise analysis of dynamic signaling networks. These methods can be readily employed across a range of systems, from bacteria and single celled organisms through to human cell lines and primary tissue.
Real-time, Adaptive Instrument Control
We have several projects dedicated the development and use of adaptive, real-time instrument control. This includes extending the capabilities of the real-time search (RTS) platform for multiplexed proteomics. RTS enables a two-fold increase in acquisition time for multiplexed quantitative proteomics over canonical methods without sacrificing quantitative accuracy.
