Our research group specializes in the field of proteomics, with a focus on intelligent data acquisition in mass spectrometry. We aim to improve the accuracy and efficiency of proteomics data collection by implementing innovative techniques such as real-time database searching to quickly analyze spectral data. Our research centers around developing adaptive strategies for quantifying differences between various cellular states, often working with complex cellular matrices to enable the quantitation of thousands of proteins.

Our interdisciplinary approach integrates cell biology, biochemistry, and proteomics to gain insights into the role of proteins in regulating essential cellular pathways, particularly in the context of diseases like cancer, ultimately contributing to our understanding of normal cellular function and disease mechanisms.
